Final Call for the Grand Master’s Class
|
Today, Friday October 31, is the FINAL day to register for the Grand Master’s Class. It will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in Grand Lodge, Boston. To help better prepare for the day, all members of the Valley of Boston wishing to attend must fill out the registration form.
Our Fall Class is a great time to rekindle old friendships and make new ones. On top of the amazing degrees our cast and production team will put on, breakfast, lunch, and a social period will be provided throughout the day. Doors will open at 6:30 a.m. for both candidates and members…

Martin Luther’s 95 Theses
|
On this day in history, October 31, 1517, a German monk named Martin Luther forever changed the course of Christianity. Luther, a professor of theology at the University of Wittenberg, nailed his “95 Theses” to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany. His document challenged the Catholic Church’s sale of indulgences (payments people could make to reduce punishment for sins) and questioned the authority of the pope. What began as an academic call for debate quickly grew into one of the most significant religious revolutions in history: the Protestant Reformation.
