Member's Update 11/14

A Look into the Lodge of Perfection

I hope everyone enjoyed November 1, it was a long day but it was filled with a lot of great instruction.

Did you wonder how all of that comes together with four different bodies teaching seven different lessons and it flows just like a hot knife through butter? All of your questions could be answered this November 20 at 5:30 p.m. at our Behind the Scenes event! Enjoy dinner and see the coordination between the blocking, costumes, makeup, sound and lighting. It will all be revealed, there will be no secrets. Make a reservation by contacting Peter Grimm, the Junior Warden of Lodge of Perfection.

On February 28, 2015, you will have a chance to see the 14th degree; it has not been shown in the Valley for five years! On this degree day they will open with a continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m., followed by the degree at 10:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. we will have the pleasure of the North Shore Acapella Group and the mentalist, John Stetson, who will regale us with tricks of the mind.

This is a special rendezvous where significant others are invited. While we are enjoying the work of the day, our guests will be entertained by a gemologist (no sales), and an opportunity for the ladies to get some jewelry appraised. The ladies would then join us for the entertainment. Lunch will follow the entertainment and conclude the day.

I wish you the best as you begin your journeys within the Valley of Boston. I look forward to seeing you about the Valley in general, and at Boston Lafayette Lodge of Perfection in particular.

Fraternally,
Bro. David S. Elsner, 32⁰
