New Massachusetts Consistory Jewel


The Massachusetts Consistory member jewel is unique among those presented within the Scottish Rite. It was custom-designed to represent the lessons learned and principles inculcated in Scottish Rite degrees. The jewel illustrates the strong link between Massachusetts Consistory and our Scottish Rite heritage. It also emulates our close ties to Blue Lodge Masonry and the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts.

Valley of Boston Brother Publishes Book


Ill∴ Bro. Kamel Oussayef, 33°, a resident of Winchester, MA and an Assistant Master of Ceremonies of Massachusetts Consistory, had his his first book published:  Doszedardski’s Book of Wisdom: Freemasonry through the veil of an ancient French Manuscript.

 

The translation of Doszedardski’s manuscript is being published by the Supreme Council of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction.

 

Bro. Oussayef has worked as a volunteer at the Scottish Rite Masonic Museum and Library in Lexington, Massachusetts since 2003. His assignment was to inventory and catalogue numerous antique French manuscripts and documents. Some date as far back as the 17th century. Today, they are preserved in the collections of the National Heritage Museum and Library in Lexington.

Toys For Tots - Grand Lodge 


 

Bro. Jeffrey Fowler, a worker for Boston Lafayette Lodge of Perfection, and also the District Ambassador for District 1 in Grand Lodge, was able to get Toys For Tots donation boxes placed in the lobby of our Grand Lodge building this holiday season.

 

Donations will be collected through December 15th. If you would like to drop off a toy, it must be unwrapped.
