Valley Man Elected Senior Grand Warden

Fred A. Dobson accepts his election as 2018 Senior Grand Warden for the Massachusetts Freemasons.The Valley of Boston is pleased to announce that a member of our Valley was elected to serve the Grand Lodge of Masons in Massachusetts at the December Quarterly. On December 13, Brother Fred A. Dobson, Jr., 32°, was elected to serve as Senior Grand Warden! Brother Dobson joined John Hancock Lodge in Methuen, Massachusetts in January of 2009. He served John Hancock Lodge as Worshipful Master from 2012 until 2014, and as the District Deputy Grand Master for the 11th Masonic District from 2015 and 2016. In 2017 he was appointed co-chairman of the District Deputy Grand Master resource team.
 
Brother Dobson is a member Massachusetts Consistory in the Valley of Boston. He is also an active member of the Valley of the Merrimack, Saints Andrew’s Chapter, and Boston Council under the York Rite.
 
Along with Brother Dobson, Brother Michael J. Jarzabek was elected as Junior Grand Warden at the Quarterly. Bro. Jarzabek is a Scottish Rite Brother from the Valley of Springfield, and an active member of Brigham Lodge in Ludlow, Massachusetts. The Valley of Boston wishes both of these Brethren successful and rewarding terms in their new offices!
