A Message from the Sovereign Prince

Welcome!

My name is Richard W. Esancy, the “new” Sovereign Prince of Giles Fonda Yates Council of Princes of Jerusalem in the Valley of Boston.  I have been a Worker, Officer and Director for many of the Scottish Rite bodies in this Valley since 1980, and probably have met many of you during this time.  For those who do not know me, Hi Brother!  I would like to invite any of you who has a desire to get involved with any of our fine groups to contact me, or any of the officers in the Valley of Boston.  We would like to have you participate with us.  There are many “jobs”, not just ritualistic opportunities available.  As our Past Commander-in-Chief of Massachusetts Consistory, Donald W. Vose, once said…”I started out moving a piano at Lodge one day, and, the next thing I knew, I was Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts”.  Of course, this was a once in a lifetime event, but who knows?   Getting involved with one of our groups affords a man the opportunity to meet with your brethren fraternally and accomplish the principles and goals of this wonderful fraternity that we have chosen to belong to.  Through my associations I have made and nurtured many of my long time friendships which I now enjoy.  I’m sure you will get as much out of it as I have.

See you at the next rendezvous.
